Typically scheduled between business hours (8a-5p, Monday-Friday).
Flexibility for additional hours during:
Severe weather (snow, storms, etc.)
Scheduled maintenance or renovation projects
Community events or large organizational gatherings
Occasional weekend or evening shifts will be required.
Position Summary
The Facilities Support Specialist is a team member responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of REACH's facilities. This position blends maintenance responsibilities with light custodial and repair tasks. It requires basic handyman skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and address maintenance needs proactively. Additional hours may be required during seasonal peaks, severe weather, or large-scale events.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, use hand tools, and perform tasks that require bending, climbing, or extended standing.
Working Conditions: Work will be both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions. Physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and using maintenance tools are regular parts of the job. May involve working with or around potentially noisy or hazardous materials (with appropriate PPE provided).
