Official Title: Facility Systems Supervisor- Suffolk County
Pay Grade: Grade 21S
Starting Pay: $86,834.54 Pay Range Maximum: $127,980.06/yr.
Salary Notes: This position is designated as a Union position. All new hires must start at the entry level rate for this role per the collective bargaining agreement/MOA with OPEIU, Local 6. Pay may advance within the salary band according to the CBA/MOU.
Departmental Mission Statement:The Facilities Management and Capital Planning department manages and maintains 57 state-owned courthouses. Our Capital Planning division supports capital updates to both state-owned and leased facilities throughout the Commonwealth. The Department is committed to effective property management, facility operations, facility capital improvements, and delivering quality customer service in support of the administration of justice throughout the Commonwealth.

Position Summary: Ensures the effective operation of all building systems within a designated cluster of facilities. Building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems. Coordinates staff and contractor support in order to complete needed maintenance and ensure efficient building operations.
Supervision Received: Works under the direction of the Facilities Regional Manager or their designee.
