As a Facilities Team Leader, you will maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional restaurant environment by managing our equipment and inventory. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly while supporting the team in daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall condition of the restaurant
- Coordinate with leaders and vendors for maintenance and service needs
- Place inventory orders to keep the store fully stocked
- Identify and communicate maintenance or equipment issues
- Keep storage areas organized and efficient
- Assist in daily operations and lead shifts as needed
