Job Title: Facilities Tech
Pay Rate: $17.00
Schedule (Days and Time): 1st shift Mon-Friday7am-3:10pm
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment to maximize uptime and support production objectives.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems in collaboration with production personnel.
- Ensure the general maintenance and safety of the facility, which may include tasks like cleaning, patching, painting, and minor repairs.
- Assist in the development and execution of maintenance plans and work orders to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
- Work with production, engineering, and other teams to identify and solve problems, and to improve maintenance processes.
- Adhere to safety regulations and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
- Complete all necessary documentation for work performed in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant is often required.
- Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems is necessary.
- Ability to use and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) may be required.
