Facilities Technician – Full Time

Join Vangarden Cannabis as a Facilities Technician and help keep our cultivation facility running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you'll stay active, work with your hands, and tackle a mix of routine maintenance and day-to-day problem solving. Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $22–$25/hour

What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment like HVAC systems, lighting, and fans
- Troubleshoot issues and help minimize downtime
- Support general facility upkeep, including seasonal tasks like snow removal
- Work with the Facilities Supervisor to keep systems running safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- ~2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience (or similar hands-on work)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems
- Someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work (lifting, climbing, being on your feet)
- A team player who communicates well and can jump in where needed
- Willingness to occasionally respond to after-hours issues
