Hourly Pay: $24.55-$28.35

Schedule:

Sunday: 6:30am-3:30pm

Monday: 10:00am-7:00pm

Tuesday: 6:30am-3:30pm

Wednesday: 10:00am-7:00pm

Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm

Duties:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs across buildings, equipment, and systems, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general upkeep to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Maintain the health, appearance, and functionality of all outdoor spaces, including irrigation systems, planting, pruning, fertilizing, weed control, and seasonal landscaping projects.
  • Identify, report, and address safety hazards while maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections to support compliance and operational standards.
  • Assist with furniture and equipment setup, clinic moves, and special events, while supporting overall facility readiness, including seasonal preparation and upkeep of common areas and water features.

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • One (1) year experience in maintenance and grounds keeping.
  • Must be able to identify plants, insects, and diseases.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry, as well as the use of common tools associated with these trades.
