We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance – Buildings & Grounds professional to help maintain our company facilities, grounds, and work environments in a safe, clean, and professional condition. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas are well maintained year-round.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and can work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete custodial and cleaning duties for offices and facilities
• Maintain company grounds, landscaping, irrigation, and exterior areas
• Perform snow removal and ice control during winter months
• Conduct minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
• Assist with facility inspections and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Receive and organize maintenance and facility supplies
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces and storage areas
• Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five years experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, construction, landscaping, or related field
• Working knowledge of basic maintenance and repair practices
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
