We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance and repairs across multiple properties throughout North Eastern, PA. This role requires experience with HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical work, and small appliance repairs, and someone who can work independently and get things done.
Responsibilities • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, belts, basic inspections) • Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues • Repair and maintain small appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, etc.) • Handle general building maintenance: doors, locks, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and hardware • Respond to work orders and maintenance calls at multiple locations • Work with outside contractors when needed • Assist with emergency or on-call repairs as required Lease Turnover Cleaning Checklist 1.
