Job Description Job Description Shift: 1st ShiftDescription of work environment:Be able to support maintenance and repairs across 7 buildingsMust- Haves (Hard Skills)• General strong trade experience/knowledge• Must have basic PC/Microsoft Office skills. Navigate email/timecards etc. – use software for work orders/emails/etc.• Follow EHS policies and proceduresResponsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations, and may require specific trade certifications.Education & ExperienceRequires developing job knowledge/skills.Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post- Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
