Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment)
Shift: First Shift - Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay range: $25-29/hour based on experience; 11 paid days off annually; 80 hours of paid time off yearly; matching 401k after 30 days and potential annual bonus!

At kdc/one, we're looking for a hands-on Maintenance / Facilities Technician to help keep our facility safe, efficient, and operating at its best. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - this role is for you!
What You'll Be Doing
Every day will be different (and never boring!). You'll:
Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs
Read procedures and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly
Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro
Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date
Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Jump in where needed - teamwork makes the dream work!
What We're Looking For
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
A high school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Skills in things such as electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and good manufacturing practices (bonus!)
A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude
