Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment)Shift: First Shift- Monday- Friday 6:00am- 2:30pmPay range: $25-29/hour based on experience; 11 paid days off annually; 80 hours of paid time off yearly; matching 401k after 30 days and potential annual bonus!Do you love fixing things, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly? What You'll Be DoingEvery day will be different (and never boring!). You'll:Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs Read procedures and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Jump in where needed - teamwork makes the dream work!
What We're Looking ForYou'll be successful in this role if you have:A high school diploma or GED At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment Skills in things such as electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and good manufacturing practices (bonus!) A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude
