Monitors and maintains general repairs, maintenance and sanitation of city facilities. Success in this position contributes to clean, safe and well-maintained facilities. Essential duties include:
Inspects and monitors City facilities for maintenance and repair needs; inspects, troubleshoots, repairs or coordinates the repair of roofs, walls, doors, windows, mechanical systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
Performs dailiy maintenance and cleaning of City facilities.
Maintains assinged equipment and supplies.
Renovates office space for tenement rental.
