What You''ll Do:

Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Coordinator, this position will perform a variety of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks associated with commercial building systems. A strong HVAC background, including experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a commercial or institutional environment is highly preferred. Additional experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall installation and repair, small appliance repair, electrical systems, and fountain or pool maintenance is highly desirable. Candidates should possess strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to safely and efficiently diagnose and resolve building system issues.
