Hiring: Facilities Technician (HVAC)

We are currently hiring for an experienced Facilities Technician (HVAC) to support facility operations and maintenance within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and facility systems
Troubleshoot and repair AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, compressors, and mechanical equipment
Replace valves, gauges, sensors, motors, bearings, belts, and filters
Support facility utility systems and ensure equipment reliability
Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and contractors
Maintain maintenance records and support GMP compliance activities
Requirements:
5+ years of Facilities Maintenance experience
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
Experience with AHUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, air compressors, and building mechanical systems
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, semiconductor, food manufacturing, or other regulated industries
Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability
Cleanroom HVAC, BMS/BAS, CMMS (Maximo/SAP PM/Blue Mountain), and GMP experience preferred
