Description

Who we are

The Crossing, A Christian Church exists for people to discover Jesus and the Journey. This journey often begins when someone steps foot onto one of our campuses. By maintaining the safety, security and usability of our buildings, resources and grounds, our Facility Technicians eliminate disruptions to our weekend experience and our weekly ministries, allowing people to build a closer relationship with Jesus and each other.

Where you fit in

The Facilities Technician I plays a key role in helping create safe, welcoming, and distraction-free environments where people can discover Jesus and the Journey. Through excellence in facility care, event support, campus readiness, and behind-the-scenes ministry operations, this role helps support the mission and ministry of The Crossing by creating environments where people can gather, grow in community, and engage in life-changing ministry experiences.

This position plays an important role in helping the church accomplish its mission by fostering and engaging in Godly relationships among congregants, volunteers, staff, ministry leaders, and internal ministry teams. This role is ideal for a dependable, hardworking, and servant-hearted individual who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, operational support, and helping others succeed behind the scenes. The person in this role will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in both ministry environments and daily responsibilities.
