Responsibility:
· Inspect, maintain, and repair general building infrastructure and grounds.Assist in achieving machine/equipment output, efficiency, and availability goals.
· Support the installation of new equipment under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.
· Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Perform and document preventive maintenance of machines/equipment according to procedures.
· Manage and maintain inventory of necessary spare parts, reordering as needed.
· Identify and suggest improvements for facility operations and efficiency.
· Complete assigned tasks and small projects in a timely manner.
· Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the shop and floor areas..
· Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines in accordance with company policies

Job Requirements:
· High School Graduate or equivalent.
· Must have sufficient communication, writing, and general houskeeping skills.
· Must have understanding of Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and HVAC.
· Must be capable of reading blue prints, schematics, and other technical documents
· Must be capabile of using multimeter, hand tools, power tools, shop tools drill press, saws, welders, torches, etc..
· Must be able to work from heights using ladders, lifts, platforms, etc.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk for up to 12 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be capable of following all applicable safety standards and procedures
