Facilities Technician II - Plant Engineer (Full Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes maintenance and repair as directed for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, kitchen equipment, cosmetic

painting, pool maintenance, and electrical.

• Inspects assigned areas, notifying management of weak or defective parts. Makes recommendations for corrections to management. Performs general maintenance as directed by management.
• Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel on shift.
• Performs a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
• Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
• Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA and company policies and procedures.
• Provide Thoughtful Service at all times to guests, co-workers, and vendors.
• Regular scheduled attendance required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Target Salary Range:

• $26.00 - $29.00 DOE
