Job Description
Title: Facilities Technician III
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Shift: 2nd Shift
Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace.Responsibilities include:- Operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment (HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Move and installation of equipment and or furniture
- Other related duties
Required Experience & Environment:- Familiar working in a GMP environment
- GMP Change Process, work orders, ISO standards
- Candidates may have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environment
- Needs experience maintaining a Clean Room
- Needs experience working on computer, specifically: Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems
Availability:- Available to be on call, paid 2 hrs Day
Project & Vendor Management:- Management of repair and improvement projects, managing vendors
Minimum Experience:- 1-2 years exp in a GMP environment
