Title: Facilities Technician III
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025
Shift time: 1:30 pm to 10pm

Job description:
After Training Position will be second shift.

Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment (HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, Plumbing); move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties.

Familiar working in a GMP environment. GMP Change Process, work orders, ISO standards
Candidates may have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environment
Needs experience maintaining a Clean Room
Needs experience working on computer, specifically: Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems

Available to be on call, paid 2 hrs Day
Management of repair and improvement projects, managing vendors
1-2 years exp in a GMP environment.
