Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experienced HVAC Specialist - Preferably with Trane experience
• 3 - 5 years of Industrial Electrical experience
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or facilities experience
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment and with a variable workload
• Strong organizational, time management, planning, written, computer and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates a maturity of judgement, attention to detail and exceptional organizational, listening, and communication in all aspects of the job function
• Must be able to interact effectively with all team members

General Duties (these are not all-inclusive and may be modified at any time as deemed necessary)

• Maintain facility equipment including, compressors, chillers, HVAC units, exhaust & supply fans
• Provide communication and reporting of the Department progress/results in achieving divisional goals; and the regular operation of the department
• Conducts all business activity in a professional manner consistent with the positive leadership practices of building trust, empowerment, and competitiveness, with emphasis on personal responsibility. Follows and sets a positive example on a daily basis. Deals with issues and problems in a positive fashion
• Conducts daily communication meetings with assistant maintenance manager
• Orders materials required for repair, modification, installation, and maintenance of equipment following established Purchasing Policy
• Participates in new projects
• Oversees that contractors adhere to MSC plant policies and procedures
• Maintain facility equipment including, compressors, chillers, HVAC units, exhaust & supply fans
• Supports daily PM assignments, does follow-up and monitors PM schedule
• Regularly monitors scoreboards to observe where issues are occurring, and that maintenance offers assistance and support to production team members; Respon
