This position is responsible for maintaining Club building operations as directed and to provide the highest level of service to the members. All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
Learn and apply the companys standard operating procedures. Preventive maintenance responsibility of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing, adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light, electrical, and painting. Restock supplies replenish inventory and products. Maintain a clean safe work environment. Greet members and guests throughout the property. Understand and anticipate the needs of the property. Be attentive and listen carefully to the members and follow through. Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner. Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings, and training. Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings.
