Facilities Technician

Pay Rate: $39 per hour
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Shift: 1:30 PM to 10 PM

Responsibilities:

• Maintain facilities, HVAC systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace.
• Perform operation, repair, and preventative maintenance on building facilities and equipment, including HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Assist with the move and installation of equipment and furniture.
• Manage repair and improvement projects, including vendor management.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with working in a GMP environment, including GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards.
• Experience in maintaining a Clean Room.
• Experience with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems.
• 1+ years of experience in a GMP environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospital or semiconductor environments.
