Pay Rate: $39 per hour
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Shift: 1:30 PM to 10 PM
Responsibilities:
- Maintain facilities, HVAC systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace.
- Perform operation, repair, and preventative maintenance on building facilities and equipment, including HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Assist with the move and installation of equipment and furniture.
- Manage repair and improvement projects, including vendor management.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with working in a GMP environment, including GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards.
- Experience in maintaining a Clean Room.
- Experience with computer systems, specifically Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems.
- 1+ years of experience in a GMP environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hospital or semiconductor environments.
