We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.

JOB PURPOSE: The Facilities Support crew manages all aspects of support for Gryphon Group properties. Our goal is to be safe, clean, presentable and professional for employees, crews, customers, and trainees at all times. This position requires its employees to be willing to multi-task and handle a range of duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Property Maintenance including property mowing, trash pick-up, weed-eating, port-a-john washout, and debris removal.

• Facility maintenance including sweeping, mopping, trash removal etc.
• Equipment operations (training provided) of Zero-turn, tractors, air compressors, loaders, Z-tracks, Trenchers, Tire machines, Forklifts, etc.
• Set up and preparation for training events.
• Expected to perform and/or assist with maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Supply support to our training programs. (IE.. set up ranges, training courses, targets, etc.)
• Candidate must be in good physical condition, able to work in extreme conditions for extended periods of time, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Candidate must have a valid drivers license, pass a background security check, and pass a drug screening.
• The screening process will also determine the candidates psychological suitability and aptitude for this type of training and support.
• IDEAL candidates will be familiar with military/law enforcement types of training.
• Candidate should be familiar with firearms and will be expected to work around firearms, explosives, and defensive/offensive driving on a daily basis.
• Successful candidates will have a high level of maturity, positive attitude, professional demeanor, high level of patriotism, and the ability to work well with others in stressful circumstances.
• The ability to learn quickly and be open to collaboration with co-workers will be needed. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:· High School diploma or higher.
• Military or law enforcement knowledge of any kind is a plus. CLEARANCE:· Clearance not required.
• Must pass background security check.
• Will be required to sign NDA
