We are seeking a full-time Facility and Machinery Maintenance Lead who will maintain efficient and smooth operation of the plant.   They will also perform preventative and situational maintenance of large production machinery

What you will do as Facility and Machinery Maintenance Lead:

•  Maintain physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely manner, ensuring problems are resolved quickly.
• Act as liaison between employer and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
• Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.   

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Identify the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines to mitigate future issues.
• Repair broken machines quickly and efficiently and document work in maintenance software.
• Manage the spare part inventory electronically or manually. 
• Clean and organize shop inventories and otherwise maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.

Your profile: 

• Three to Five years experience in facility maintenance required. 
• Prior industrial machine maintenance preferred.
• Electrical experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
• Thorough and broad understanding of a variety of equipment.
• Works well both independently and in a team environment. 
• Good communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
