Facility Cleaning/ General Labor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support daily cleaning and facility upkeep. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, stays productive throughout the shift, and is flexible in assisting with various cleaning tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the breakroom is cleaned and ready prior to the 10:00 AM break
• Remove trash from designated cans and transport it to waste hoppers
• Maintain cleanliness of aisle ways throughout the day
• Monitor trash levels and breakroom conditions, performing touch-ups as needed
• Assist with additional cleaning tasks, including equipment and machinery, when applicable
• Attend and actively participate in all required safety and shop meetings

Work Expectations:

• Maintain a high level of productivity and remain on task throughout the shift
• Demonstrate flexibility to take on additional cleaning duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy with minimal supervision
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn new skills, including forklift operation
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
