The Facility Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, including bathrooms, lunchrooms, Design Center, and common areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize six bathrooms daily.
- Clean and maintain two lunchrooms, including tables, countertops, sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators.
- Keep the Design Center clean, organized, and presentable for clients and visitors.
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
- Replenish restroom and lunchroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of needed repairs or supplies.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
Work Conditions:
- Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and occasional outdoor exposure.
- Regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and related products.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical activities, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.

Schedule and Compensation:
- 20–25-hour workweek.
- Shift times/schedule will be determined collaboratively with leadership.
- Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma required.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Successful completion of a Predictive Index assessment, background check, and drug screen required.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning tasks.
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail.
