The Facility Condition Assessor will support facility documentation and asset data collection efforts using mySiteIQ, SitelogIQ's digital facilities platform. This entry‑level role focuses on capturing, validating, and maintaining accurate information about buildings, spaces, and physical assets. The position is ideal for candidates who are interested in facilities, building systems, and digital tools.The hourly pay range for this role is $25–$30. Compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as the role's location and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.This position is also eligible for a $500 sign‑on bonus.Facility Technician ResponsibilitiesUse mySiteIQ to document facilities, spaces, and building assets accurately and consistentlyPerform on‑site walkthroughs to collect asset and space data, equipment details, photos, and location informationIdentify and tag building systems and equipment (Interior finishes, exterior envelope, grounds and site, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) within mySiteIQVerify existing facility and asset information and update records as neededCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure data quality and completenessFollow established standards and workflows for data collection and documentationAssist with basic troubleshooting or clarification of asset/system information during fieldworkMaintain organized records and communicate progress or issues clearly to the project teamFacility Technician QualificationsPursuing or in possession of a technical degree (associate or equivalent) in a related field such as facilities management, engineering technology, HVAC, mechanical systems, construction management or similarStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processesComfort using mobile devices, tablets, and software applications in a field environmentAbility to work on‑site in active facilities, including walking, standing, and accessing equipment areasBasic understanding of building systems or willingness to learn quicklyPreferred QualificationsPrior experience working in facilities, maintenance, construction, or building operationsFamiliarity with asset inventories, facility documentation, or field data collectionExperience taking photos, labeling equipment, or reading equipment nameplatesTechnical curiosity and eagerness to learn building systemsStrong organizational and documentation skillsClear communication and teamworkAbility to work independently while following defined guidelinesComfort working in mechanical rooms and other facility spacesMore About SitelogIQAt SitelogIQ, we're focused on creating a great environment for our team first so that it is more energizing and rewarding to focus on creating a great customer experience.
