Facility Coordinator

Job Title:  Facility Coordinator

Exemption Status:  Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Department:  Operations – reports to Facility Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing facility communication and facilitating key tasks.  They will ensure the office operations run efficiently and successfully while supporting overall business activities. They need to take direction and work hand in hand with the Facility Manager to ensure productivity and efficiency on all operational tasks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
• Sending invoices to customers when requested
• Order office and warehouse supplies as needed
• Greet and Assist Visitors when they arrive
• Keep the lobby and front office clean and organized.
• Assist customers and sales representatives as needed 
• Provide excellent customer service, which includes answering phones, responding to emails, sorting and delivering mail, and helping customers
• Assist in open order report management, early order tracking, organization, data collection, and entry
• Processing hazmat paperwork for existing orders as needed
• Other items as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree in business management or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of office experience working in a fast paced environment
