The Technician will support maintenance activities in a facility housing office spaces and BEOL semiconductor cleanrooms (Class 100 and 1000). Responsibilities include hands-on equipment maintenance, periodic facility upkeep (air handling units, DI water systems), organizing work areas and inventory, and troubleshooting. The role requires physical ability to climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, along with strong mechanical skills and basic knowledge of building schematics and HVAC systems. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with an associate-level education or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
