Facility Executive- Soft Services

Job Location: Chennai

We're seeking a versatile Facility Executive who combines people skills with technical know-how to deliver exceptional facility operations across soft services and MEP systems.

What You'll Do

Soft Services Management:

• Oversee daily operations for housekeeping, cafeteria support, reception, pest control, and waste management
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and conduct quality audits across all service areas
• Coordinate workplace activities including meeting room setups, visitor management, and ad-hoc service requests
• Manage consumables inventory (cleaning supplies, pantry items, washroom supplies) and control costs

MEP Responsibilities:

• Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct routine inspections of MEP equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with contractors for MEP repairs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Monitor building systems performance and identify potential issues proactively

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service reports and present updates to stakeholders
• Maintain records, checklists, and documentation for audits and compliance

What You Bring

Essential:

• 5 years of experience in facilities operations covering both soft services and technical maintenance
• Fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage MEP responsibilities alongside soft service operations
• Strong vendor management skills with experience tracking SLAs and KPIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Flexibility to work in shifts or provide on-call support as per site requirements

Preferred:

• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant technical certifications
• Experience in commercial office or corporate facility environments
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Certification in Facility Management or related fields
