Position Summary / Objective
The Facility Lead serves as the key technical subject matter expert and operational support lead for our Special Effects (SFX) facility. This role provides technical guidance, workflow direction, and support to warehouse technicians during show prep, equipment testing, staging, and facility maintenance. The Facility Lead ensures all SFX hardware, control systems, power systems, and facility assets are thoroughly inspected, organized, and prepped to the highest operational standard.

Work Environment
This position operates in a dynamic setting that splits time between the main warehouse floor and a professional office space. The warehouse environment requires active collaboration with facility teams and involves regular exposure to variable weather conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures. The office setting requires routine movement to access business machinery and interface with administrative personnel, providing a balanced workflow between hands-on operations and administrative oversight.
Physical Demands
The person in this role must be highly mobile, with the ability to frequently walk, bend, stoop, stand, and climb throughout the warehouse, as well as remain stationary for extended periods depending on daily tasks. The role also requires occasional movement within the office environment to utilize machinery and collaborate with facility team members. Candidates must be capable of frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling up to 100 lbs.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
The typical work schedule for this position follows a standard workday, with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend work during high-volume periods. All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state, and federal laws, and overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Travel
This position requires travel, up to 25% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area and overnight.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $28 – $30 / hour.
The final salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, qualifications, education, and relevant professional experience.
