Facility Maintenance & Repair Technician – Full Time (Day Shift)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Facility Maintenance & Repair Technician to keep our buildings, systems, and workspaces safe, functional, and looking great. This is a stable, first‑shift role with a variety of maintenance and repair work—no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Complete general repairs (painting, drywall, doors/locks, flooring, lighting)
• Troubleshoot minor electrical and plumbing issues
• Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and office reconfigurations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (technical certification preferred)
• 2+ years of facility maintenance or related experience
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Carpentry, painting, and drywall repair experience
• Valid driver’s license; chauffeur license or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
