In this role, you’ll support facility operations across the entire property, from routine system checks and minor repairs to assisting with machine shop equipment and special projects. Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine building system checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities
- Complete minor repairs across facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and general upkeep
- Assist with maintenance and operation of machine shop equipment, including setup and preventative maintenance
- Help design, fabricate, and repair production tooling and machining fixtures
- Coordinate with external vendors to maintain building systems and required certifications (fire systems, sprinkler systems, etc.)
- Maintain inventory of facility and maintenance supplies such as filters, light bulbs, and janitorial materials
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Working knowledge of facility systems and basic maintenance procedures - Hands-on experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams across the organization - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
