Employment Position - Facility Maintenance / General Housekeeping

R.P. Lumber Location: Corporate Office in Edwardsville, IL

This position is for Part-Time employment

Flexible Work Shift: Monday - Friday (will work only two to three days/week, between 16-20 hours total for the week) - NO WEEKENDS!

Some flexibility to work less than eight hours/day.

Preferred schedule is to work staggered days of the week: Mondays and Fridays OR Tuesdays and Thursdays, etc. (not back-to-back days)

Job Duties

• General office cleaning, to include cleaning of public areas, conference rooms, offices, kitchen, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop floors
• Empty trash containers
• Dust furniture and shelves
• Wash front entrance glass doors, interior glass doors
• Use appropriate cleaners/cleaning equipment as instructed/trained

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Custodial experience (1 year preferred)
• Able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
• Physical activity to include bending, stooping, wiping, stretching, etc.

Pay Rate / Wages & Benefits

$15 - $17 (Hourly Rate)
