The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.
Common duties include:
Cleanliness

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.
Common duties include:
- Performing routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Repairing damaged electrical wiring
- Painting the building when the old paint fades or chips
- Keeping tools and equipment clean, organized and in good condition
- Notifying management when parts orders are needed for repairs
- Conducting building and equipment inspections to identify issues
- Weatherizing the building as needed
- Updating work orders, writing notes about services performed and closing requests upon completion
- Adhering to workplace health and safety standards
- Ensuring the facility is clean and in proper order for the start of each shift
- Light maintenance of landscape
- Janitorial services as needed- such pressure washing, leaf blowing, debris clean up, disinfecting services, etc.
- Flexible hours - Full time position
