Facility Maintenance Repair II Summary
Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Maintenance Repair II Technician to perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of facility and plant equipment. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations through preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, equipment inspections, and general facility upkeep. Experience with industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and mechanical systems is strongly preferred.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training or 1 year of college in Automotive/General Studies preferred; 2 years in Heavy Duty Equipment is a plus.
- 3 plus years of hands-on maintenance/mechanical experience.
- Forklift experience
- Strong welding, mechanical, or pipefitting skills highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, bend, climb, kneel, and operate tools/equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on pumps, forklifts, conveyors, and various facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Replace couplings, belts, bearings, hoses, valves, and other equipment components as needed.
- Conduct routine facility maintenance, including grounds maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Complete quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) checks on completed repairs.
- Safely operate forklifts and other equipment in support of maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, SOPs, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
