We are an affiliated group of four 24/7 residential care campuses. Our Gateway Gardens facility is a unique campus that specializes in care for adults with memory care needs, such as Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. We are a sanctuary for these individuals and work hard to care for and serve them with compassion.
Position Summary
Our Facility Maintenance Specialist is an essential part of our maintenance team and is required to independently perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks and coordinate with, delegate, and/or tradespeople in the completion of work tasks at campus facilities. Duties may include but are not limited to, general labor, painting, plumbing, carpentry, equipment maintenance/repair, routine electrical work that does not require a license, preventative maintenance, and the care of our campuses.
