The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is a working supervisor who reports to the Facility Manager and is responsible for managing, developing, and executing facility maintenance programs. This role ensures timely resolution of repair requests, implementation of preventive maintenance programs, and successful completion of ad hoc projects. The Supervisor actively identifies opportunities for operational improvement, service excellence, and cost efficiency while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset.
