Facility Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, supporting operations, and maintaining a high-quality work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work, can troubleshoot independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues in a timely manner
• Diagnose and repair equipment, tools, and facility-related systems to minimize downtime
• Complete general facility upkeep including painting, carpentry, minor construction, and repairs
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas throughout the facility
• Assist with groundskeeping, exterior maintenance, and other operational support needs as required
• Help identify opportunities for preventative maintenance improvements and facility upgrades
• Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to support business needs and maintain productivity

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of facility, industrial, or maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
