Qualifications:
Perform equipment checks & PMs.
Strong general mechanical, electrical, plumping aptitude.
Start/Stop, Troubleshoot, repair, maintain FAC equipment.
Self-starter, prioritize work orders based on deadlines and equipment issues.
Ability to read & understand system blueprints, specifications.
Ability to use electrical meter, megger, amp clamps480V and below systems.
Ability to cut, thread, weld, braze mechanical piping.
Ability to learn all FAC equipment.
Respond to equipment downtime.
Responsible to 5S & COP all areas including desk, worksite, tools, FAC spaces
Min 5 years relevant work experience.
Climb ladders, stairs, work from heights/roof, walk distances, work in hot/cold climates, lift 50lbs.
Work OT, Weekends, Holidays as necessarySupport weekend coverage rotation.
Report to work during harsh weather conditions.
Ability to work on a team.
Ability to utilize scissors lift, boom lift, fork truck, 3-wheel cart, hoist way.
Responsible to locate tools, supplies, materials to job site including carrying items upstairs & to the roof.
Must be US citizen.
Drivers license required.
HS diploma or GED equivalent; Vocational Tech, Trades School preferred.
Candidates will possess an intermediate knowledge of computers and software.

Performs preventive maintenance activities on facility following written instructionsPM activities include measurement of wear, replacement of expendables (i.ebelts, hoses, fluids, filters, etc.) and inspection/evaluation of operating characteristics such as speeds, pressures, vacuum, or vibration
Completes repairs including rebuilding of pumps, valves, electrical and pneumatic solenoid devices, and air handling equipmentCompletes general building repairs, including repair of walls, doors, floors, etcCompletes repairs to plumbing system including fixing leaks and stoppages, repairs or replacement of sinks, piping, valves, drains and toiletsRepairs and maintains lighting systems throughout the plant and penthousesReplaces lighting components, ceiling tiles, and ceiling grid throughout the buildings and offices
Must be able to complete PM and work order activity in CMMS.
