• High school diploma or GED required
• 1st Class Boiler License required
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience across multiple trades, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting continuous operations
• Ability to respond to urgent maintenance needs in a fast-paced, 24/7 facility

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility systems, including boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, wastewater systems, and water softeners
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Support maintenance of production equipment, including extraction and mix/blend systems
• Respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime in a 24/7 production environment
• Collaborate with maintenance team members and other departments to support continuous operations
• Assist with projects and additional maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
