We are seeking a skilled technician to ensure the smooth operation of a newly constructed Civil and Probate Courthouse. This 30-year Operations and Maintenance contract requires an expert to maintain and repair facility equipment, ensuring uninterrupted daily courthouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, maintain, monitor, and adjust HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Provide direction and training to junior technicians.
- Plan and execute service and maintenance tasks using schematics and specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools, equipment, and lift equipment safely.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency situations.
- Comply with safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
- Two-year technical degree or completion of an apprenticeship program.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance fundamentals, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferences:
- Experience with mission-critical projects.
- Knowledge of OSHA codes and regulations.
- Working knowledge of software systems like Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
