Position Overview\n

The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, hands-on, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities\n

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
• \n
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and handyman tasks
• \n
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• \n
• Assist with property turnovers and make-ready services
• \n
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate needed repairs
• \n
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• \n
• Use hand and power tools safely and responsibly
• \n
• Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements
• \n
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• \n
• Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and supplies
• \n
• Complete work orders and document completed services
• \n
• Support other departments and projects when needed
• \n

Qualifications\n

• Previous facility maintenance, property maintenance, construction, or handyman experience preferred
• \n
• General knowledge of building systems and repairs
• \n
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• \n
• Strong attention to detail
• \n
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• \n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• \n
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• \n
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• \n
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical work as required
