Now hiring Facility Maintenance Technician

Location: Oceanside, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Facilities Manager with the daily maintenance and operation of credit union facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • Coordinate special projects as directed by the Facilities Manager
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and process departmental requisitions
  • Assist with purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture
  • Oversee vendor maintenance personnel and support equipment installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and daily maintenance across multiple facilities and building systems
  • Help ensure all buildings and facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
  • Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including equipment and furniture installation and relocation
  • Distribute U.S. mail and courier deliveries and maintain required mail and retention reports

When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hands-on maintenance environment.
