Facility Maintenance Technician

Paramount Entertainment Center

The Paramount Entertainment Center is seeking a dependable, hardworking Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Our 45-acre entertainment complex includes the Paramount Swap Meet, Bianchi Theatres, and the Paramount Drive-In Theatre. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of our buildings, grounds, and facilities to help keep our property safe, clean, and operating efficiently.

Pay

$25.00 per hour

• Full-Time
• Day Shift (8-hour shifts)
• Weekend availability required

Qualifications

Applicants should have previous facility maintenance experience, including several of the following:

• Electrical repairs
• Plumbing repair
• Drain clearing
• Light framing, drywall, and painting
• Flooring installation and repair
• Basic engine mechanics
• Light welding
• Basic HVAC knowledge
• Basic roofing repairs
• Asphalt and concrete repairs

Requirements

• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to follow all safety rules and procedures
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Squat, kneel, bend, twist, climb, balance, and perform repetitive movements
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Safely use ladders, lifts, tools, and equipment
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
