Facility Maintenance Technician Part-Time

NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANBeeHive Homes of Broken ArrowWe are looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team!Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time) 1p-4pmWeekends: On-call as neededResponsibilities Include:• General building maintenance and repairs• Plumbing and minor electrical repairs• Drywall, painting, and patchwork• Preventative maintenance• Basic appliance and equipment repairs• Completing maintenance requests in a timely manner• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents• Responding to urgent maintenance needs when on-call• Conducting fire drills with each shift and properly documenting all completed fire drills• Conducting and documenting all other required emergency, disaster, and safety drills according to facility requirements• Maintaining accurate records of required drills and ensuring they are completed within required timeframes• Communicating with management regarding repairs, parts, outstanding projects, and safety concernsConducting routine facility walk-throughs to identify maintenance, safety, and repair needs• Coordinating with and monitoring third-party vendors and contractors while on-site for repairs, service calls, pest control, and other facility needs• Following up to ensure third-party repairs and services are completed appropriately• Providing management with a weekly supply and maintenance needs list, including needed parts, materials, and suppliesWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:• Reliable and punctual• Able to work independently• Organized and able to prioritize work orders• Experienced with general maintenance and repairs• Detail-oriented with required documentation• Respectful and professional around residents, families, and staff• Available for weekend on-call needsIf you're interested in joining our team, Apply today.
