You'll be part of a team that keeps our parks and the Evergreen State Fair Park safe, welcoming, and ready for the public. We are filling a current opening and creating an eligibility register for future opportunities.
This position is dedicated primarily to athletic field maintenance, with most work focused on mowing and maintaining ballfields throughout the Parks system. You should be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and must hold a valid State of Washington Driver's License.
This position is full-time, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and may include overtime as outlined in the AFSCME Local 109 collective bargaining agreement. It comes with Snohomish County's comprehensive benefits package. Assignments may be with the Evergreen State Fair Park, Parks Grounds crew, or Parks Facility Maintenance crew.
