The Facility Manager provides senior-level technical coordination and management of facility project management activities. This position oversees the operational aspects of ongoing facility projects and ensures integrated support to NASIC mission operations.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of facility projects across planning and execution phases.
Review project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare status reports.
Coordinate with project managers, line managers, and other stakeholders to resolve project issues.
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening to address performance risks.
Support integration of facility management with logistics, operations, and mission requirements.
Provide guidance to facility and project support staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCI Education / Years of Experience:
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in facility management, facility project management, or closely related functional area.
Master’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
Significant experience managing complex facility portfolios or projects, preferably in DoD or similar environments.
