Our client, a leading organization in industrial and operational management, is seeking a Facility Manager to join their team. As a Facility Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting site stabilization and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related infrastructure.
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring service levels and scope adherence.
- Lead onsite teams, set priorities, and manage performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support site mobilization activities, including onboarding vendors and establishing operational baseline conditions.
- Utilize CMMS platforms to track work orders, asset management, and generate operational reports.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or integrated services delivery.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as Corrigo or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
